Council Meeting Presentation Request Form

Please use this form to request to make a public presentation to council.

• Requests, along with all supporting materials must be received no later than the close of business 10 days prior to the 2024 scheduled meetings.
• To submit a request to speak to Council on an item appearing on a Council agenda posted please use the Request to Speak Form found HERE
• The Request along with all supporting materials must be received by Legislative Services no later than the close of business 10 days prior to the Council meeting at which the Requestor wishes to address Council, unless otherwise notified by the Chief Legislative Officer.
• Presentations are a maximum of 5 minutes in duration.
• If an approved presenter wishes to make their presentation virtually via MS Teams, the request must be received by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the scheduled meeting by emailing legislative.assistants@rmwb.ca or calling 780-743-7001.
