Please use this form to register Request to Speak at a Committee Meeting. Requests to speak must be in reference to a specific item on a Committee meeting agenda. Request Forms must be received by 12:00 P.M. on the day of the scheduled meeting including requests for any delegation wanting to speak virtually via MS Teams.
Please note delegations are allotted a maximum of five (5) minutes in duration to speak.
Before inserting a title, please refer to the Committee meeting agenda posted HERE for the item you would like to speak to.
Notice: All Requests to Speak are heard at a public meeting; and a video is made available to the public and posted on the Municipality’s website. The personal information on this form is collected under the authority of Section 33 (c) of the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
