Change of Address Form

This form may be used by individuals but not businesses. A business change of address must be submitted in writing on a company letterhead. Requests can be faxed to 780-743-7050 or mailed to Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, 9909 Franklin Avenue, Fort McMurray, AB T9H 2K4.

Please note that this form will not change your address on your land titles records. Please contact Alberta Land Titles separately to ensure your address is changed on your land titles.
